This is Latin-themed Mango’s Tropical Café where art deco rules and Carnival happens every night. Restaurant, bar and dance venue, Mango’s houses a complete Martin lighting package that fuels a high energy, festive atmosphere no matter what time of day or night.

At a main bar area, a Latin jazz and salsa band and bartop dancers (who also serve as wait staff) bring the action right to the front of the venue where the sensual strutting and Latin beats emanate to the street outside. Martin MAC 250 Kryptons, CX-10 Extreme color and pattern changers, Atomic strobes and MiniMAC Profiles highlight both dancers and band while AF-1 fans provide a tropical breeze effect and cool relief to over heated performers.

Continuous patterns on the floor from MiniMAC Profiles and Mania and Ego EFX 600 and 700 effect lights join with Atomic strobes with Atomic Colors scrollers to give atmosphere to the venue’s multiple dance, seating and bar areas.

Above a performance stage are MAC 550 profile spots, MAC 250 Kryptons, CX-10s and more Atomics with Jem ZR 24/7 Hazers providing a tropical mist. Glow-in-the-dark UV paintings of tropical scenes cover Mango’s from top to bottom, adding to the festive impression.

Upstairs, where a bar and balcony overlooks the main room, two somewhat exclusive and period authentic VIP rooms are available. The Mojito Room is a fashionable space of rich wood, intricate metalwork and original art deco décor. Above a small dancefloor hang MiniMAC Profiles, Ego 01, 02 and 03 effects, Atomic strobes with Atomic Colors scrollers with LED lighting at the bar. The soon be upgraded Voodoo Room maintains the buildings original décor and style. It features cosy sofas with MiniMAC Profiles, CX-4 color and pattern changers, and Atomic strobes above a small dance area. Each room at Mango’s is controlled by its own PC-based LightJockey control system.
